The staff was cute. They were very friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. The hotel certainly provided value for money. Breakfast service was on time. They kept to their word when I selected a time on arrival.
The road outside was quite busy, so there was some traffic noise.

the hosts were very friendly at checking me in. the complimentary coffee and tea tray was a bonus. i also got to pick which breakfast i would like and what time i wanted it, great.
the stairs were a little hard to climb, but the staff helped me with my bags.
